Some traits you just don't expect to be available, and then when you see the option you are like 'that AWESOME'.

Here's my latest:

Fearless Reclaim: Can reclaim buildings with Zombies on them. (as long as it is scouted)

My builder also has the fighter trait, which makes sense because I use groups of soldiers and builders together to clear and rebuild.

Ninja for me. Just having a perk called ninja with a ninja like icon. It's effect is so so since I don't play too far from home till mid-late game when I have all the more likely injury than death tech.

I wouldn't have thought firearms would be so decisive.
Still, not a bad choice. As long as you've got the guns and ammo, can't go wrong with that.

You mean tool expert? Yeah, it makes a toolbox give +6 building and a sledgehammer give +4. Bam!

Although for power, I'll see your tool expert and raise you a scrapper. Used to add half scavenging skill to defence, now it adds all scavenging skill to defence. Pushed my scavenger's defence from 1 to 15.

MacGyver is just a step below that in terms of awesomeness, if only because engineers don't have combat kit that gives them bonuses to engineering.... yet.
